I arrived in St Barth in 1993... I immediately loved this island of extraordinary beauty, full of simplicity, elegance and freedom.
I worked for a long time in one of the most beautiful hotels on the island. There I immersed myself in the world of luxury, discretion and precision.
My escapade in Metropolitan France for about ten years led me to create one of the first Wedding planner agencies and at the same time to collaborate with the most prestigious caterers in the South West as a Maitre d'hôtel. I am experienced in the exercise of organization and catering service.
The choice of good products and unique creations
Above all, I love cooking, simple, with products chosen for their seasonality and the harmony of taste. I concoct my little recipes, my taste combinations according to my imagination.
I compose my grazing platters and Grazing Tables with fruits, vegetables, cheeses, cold cuts, snacks/sandwiches, fresh salads, edible flowers, bouquets and many other lovely surprises.
Whether it's for an aperitif, a welcome in a luxury villa or an event, I'm sure of the wow effect!
